Sony’s smartphones have been very well received at the CES in Las Vegas. Both Xperia S and Xperia ion models brought by the Japanese giant are very promising and are guaranteed to gather a number of fans once they hit the market.

Sony isn’t just about the smartphones this year and the company is trying to show us just that with a new camcorder to its Bloggie Series, by the name of Bloggie MHS-TS22 Sport HD camera.

This one is a small waterproof camera meant for active people who want to capture their outdoors or under-water adventures.

The Sony MHS-TS22 camera will capture 1080p HD videos and the company has decided to provide the software needed to share the content over social networks or upload it directly to YouTube or other video sharing websites.

What you’ll get is a 2.7 inch touchscreen to preview your videos, 4GB of internal space, image stabilization technology, Face Detection, HDMI output and USB connector to easily transfer media between devices.

The Sony Bloggie MHS-TS22 Bloggie Sport HD camera will be available in Red, Black and Blue.
