This one is called Pebble E-Paper and the good news is that you can customize it however you want with several different watch screens which you can download using Pebble’s Android or iPhone apps. What the Pebble E-Paper smartwatch does is connect using the Bluetooth to your iPhone or Android smartphone and lets you know who’s calling without you having to take it out of your pocket.
The interface is pretty flexible and in addition to the name of the caller, you’ll be able to receive text messages, social network updates and even weather alerts on the screen and, of course, let’s not forget about the time display.
The Pebble E-paper is a Kickstarter project and comes with a 144×168 resolution, 3-axis accelerometer feature gesture-control, shatter-resistant lens and anti-reflective optical coating. You will be able to recharge it using a USB port on your PC or laptop and it comes with its own USB cable just for that.
No pricing information has been released for the Pebble E-Paper yet, but we hope to see it soon on the market.
