Nikon releases two new digital cameras coming in a compact and slim design, but still packed with all the great features a 2012 digital camera should have.
If you’re looking for quality in a small package the Nikon CoolPix S9300 and S9200 might be the way to go. The CoolPix S9300 and S9200 are the successors of the Nikon CoolPix S9100 camera and feature a 16 megapixel backside illumination CMOS sensor, 18x optical zoom NIKKOR lens and lens-shift vibration reduction to help you take good pictures even if your hand shakes when your taking the shot.
Both these cameras come with a 3-inch LCD screen for preview and enable users to capture 1080p Full HD video and are able to playback your videos in slow-motion.
Both the S9300 and S9200 have been equipped with the EXPEED C2 image processing engine and come up with a few features to help you improve your photos and shoot quality image even in low lighting conditions. The features coming with both the S9300 and S9200 include Night Portrait and Night Landscape and will brigten up you shots at night and keep all the details intact even if it’s dark outside.
The Nikon CoolPix S9300 and S9200 feature a built-in editing function and ISO up to 3200. You will be able to playback video directly to your HDTV, using the HDMI output on-board and there’s a GPS-chip that will record your location at the time you’re taking the photo.
The GPS-enabled Nikon CoolPix S9300 will become available in Red, Silver and Black for US customers soon for $349.95, while the CoolPix S9200 will soon become available in Silver, Black, Champagne and Blue.
