Not everybody can afford a brand new HDTV with Smart capabilities and let’s face it, that’s half the fun.
Fortunately, there’s a solution for these people and it comes from Infinitec, who have just released a pocket TV dongle. You can easily connect this dongle via HDMI and turn your regular HDTV into a Smart TV. The Infinitec Pocket TV runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich and will allow you to download apps from Google Play Store and adds a social side to your TV by allowing you to connect to your Facebook and Twitter accounts or browse the web.
It’s a great alternative if you can’t afford a new TV right now, however you’ll still have to wait a while for this product to hit the market. Pricing and availability are not available at this time.
