Security is a major concern for most of us and when you’re living with people in a dorm room, for example, your private files can fall into the wrong hands very easy. Encrypting your private files seems to be the best idea under these circumstances, and this new HDD dock seems to be the perfect candidate for the job.

The EZSAVE LockDown HDD Dock makes use of the new USB 3.0 standard and allows you to encrypt your hard drive and even solid state drive from unauthorized access. The EZSAVE LockDown HDD Dock supports 2.5″ and 3.5″ hard drives and you’ll be able to encrypt up to 50 hard drives with 256-bit AES encryption.

The EZSAVE LockDown HDD Dock will allow you to enter a password for each drive, either by using the touch interface it comes with or voice control. You’ll set bulletproof security for your HDD and the only way you’ll be able to access your files again is to connect to the EZSAVE LockDown again.

There’s no need for concern if you lose your password, because this HDD Dock sets a master key each time a new hard drive is connected to it.

The EZSAVE HDD Dock seems to be an ideal way to guard your files and you won’t have to worry about your files falling into the wrong hands ever again.
