Here’s a new rugged camera you can take with your in all your adventures.
Canon has announced a new camera in its PowerSHot series, this time featuring a rugged look that will be perfect for any extreme endeavour you might want to try out.
The Canon PowerShot D20 has been equipped with a 12.1-megapixel and is able to withstand shocks when dropped from up to 1.5m. The D20 is also a water-proof camera and if you intend to take a swim it will resist until depth of 10 meters.
Other specifications for the PowerShot D20 rugged camera include a DIGIC 4 image processor, 5X digital zoom and a 3-inch display for preview purposes.
The Canon D20 also comes with GPS geo-tagging, so you know exactly where one particular photo has been taken. Users will be able to record 1080p video with this camera and there’s a dedicated button on it especially for this purpose.
Canon has announced that the PowerShot D20 will become available in May for $349.99 in Yellow, Blue and Silver colors.
