ASUS has a new release prepared for us and this time it’s a LCD monitor coming in the VE-Series, dubbed VE VE228H. This new monitor measures 21.5-inches in screen size and features a TN panel and LED-backlight.

The Asus VE228H monitor features a Full HD 1080p resolution and 1000:1 contrast ratio, a 5ms response time and 250cd/m2 brightness. In terms of connectivity, this one comes with HDMI, DVI-D and mini D-Sub connectors.

Asus has announced that their new VE228H will become available on the 2nd of May in Japan for 12,800Yen.
