Apple has just released a 3TB version of their Time Capsule. In addition to the new release, Apple has also discontinued the 1TB Time Capsule and has lowered the price for the 2TB version of the device. The Apple 2TB Time Capsule is now just $299, so if you’ve been waiting for the price to drop, maybe now it’s time to finally get it.

The new 3TB version of the Time Capsule comes with dual-band WiFi, 2.4 and 5 Ghz, built-in firewall and 128-bit file encryption just to make your data as safe as possible. The new Time Capsule also supports WPA/WPA2 standards and is now available at the Apple store for $499.
